A place where visitors can experience a new way of working – As reforms in work styles become a hot topic, office design is diversifying, but office furniture showrooms are still concentrated in major metropolitan areas. Therefore, "CREATORE" was launched with the aim of creating a place where information on office design can be confirmed, accumulated, and disseminated in regional cities as well.

First, the site with a wide frontage in relation to the street surface was used to
(1) A "reception space" that also functions as corporate guidance, with an alley-like configuration that extends the exterior design to the interior.
(2) A "display space" to showcase selected furniture and samples for creating the office
(3) "Lab space" as a workshop for creating an immediate image of the space
(4) "Coworking space" as a space where variations of workplaces can be exhibited and actually used.
The four spaces are arranged in parallel with the road surface. By experiencing the four spaces in a cross-sectional manner, visitors can experience a series of steps, from (1) space concept → (2) space design, furniture, and material selection → (3) design simulation → (4) confirmation of construction examples. The exterior façade is designed in a way that does not create uniformity, creating a scene where people can enjoy a variety of spaces in a business district where the flow of people is rapid. We hope that "CREATORE" will become a base for office design in regional cities and trigger new innovations in corporate activities.
